Desert safari Trips from El Gouna
This desert safari from Hurghada ends where the day turns dark and the stars come out. It combines an ATV ride, a 4×4 jeep journey, Bedouin hospitality and a final session of stargazing with a professional telescope. Far from the city lights, the desert sky is clear enough to pick out stars and planets with expert help. The safari runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and starts at about 16:00, and the whole outing takes about five to six hours including transfers.
Following hotel pickup, you go to the safari station for a safety briefing. You then ride an ATV quad bike along desert trails beneath the Red Sea Mountains before continuing by 4×4 jeep to a traditional Bedouin village. There you take a camel ride and drink Bedouin tea, followed by a BBQ dinner in the desert and an Oriental show. One bottle of water and one soft drink are included. Your exact pickup time is confirmed by message after booking.
Choose a single quad for a solo ride or a double quad shared by two guests, ideal for one adult with one child. Bring your passport or a photo ID, closed shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a scarf against the dust and a jacket for winter evenings. Drivers must meet the minimum age rules. Scarf, goggles, extra drinks, photos and tips are not included.
